Out Magazine is gearing up to reveal its Hot List 2011, the annual rundown of 100 notable LGBT cultural and social leaders, and among the many gorgeous faces making the cut is Tony nominee Rory O'Malley. The magazine praises the The Book of Mormon star for his activist work with Broadway Impact, a group he co-founded to help supporting marriage equality, and notes that in Mormon, "his anthem to gay self-loathing, 'Turn It Off' is a standout number in a musical packed with showstoppers."
Out also checked in with O'Malley to find out what makes his own "Hot List." His choices? "The Pride Run in Central Park, the Broadway Softball League, Midsummer Night Swing at Lincoln Center, 'The World's Largest Dinosaurs' at the Museum of Natural History, and hopefully a marriage equailty bill passed in New York State!" Looking good, Rory!
